wǎng tán bǐ duǎn mǐ shì jǐ cháng xìn shǐ kě fù qì yù nán liáng

罔谈彼短 靡恃己长 信使可覆 器欲难量

【解释】不要谈论别人的短处，也不要依仗自己有长处就不思进取。诚实的话要经得起考验，器度要大，让人难以估量。Don’t blame others nor should you backbite,whether they are wrong or right.You should not boast of your own strength.Credit goes before trus and greed is contained in lust.
